Florida Rules of Professional Conduct

Cahaba Publications and Concise Legal Series were created by a third-year student at a top-tier law school after an unsuccessful search for an affordable and convenient set of State court rules. Existing versions were frustratingly hard to find, expensive, often crowded with materials that everyday practitioners didn't seem to need, and too cumbersome to be used as a quick reference in class, the office, or in court. We are proud therefore to present this streamlined, affordable, and convenient Series of booklets that feature simply the plain text of the rules themselves without commentary, history lesson, amendment, gloss, or comment that lawyers, students, and judges can easily use at their desks, classrooms, and in court.
